WHEREAS, it is the desire Of CitY flud Consultant to amend their existing Agreement to
change Article 5 -Payments to Consultant;
NOW, THERi-YORE, City and Consultant agree as f6flows:

Section 1: Section 5.1 of the Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows:
".5.1 Tile Mal compensation for Consultant's performance of the Services shall not exceed
tile total alnount of fifteen fliousand eight hundred dollar's per City fiscal year($15,800.00).This shall
include $1,000 per month for benefits and services plus up to 12 hours of Critical Incident
Intervention at the rate of$175.00 per hour City Shall pay Consultant on a time and materials basis
up to the not to exceed arnount,in accordance with Exhibit"A"entitled``Scope of S,ervices and Fees,"
Al I other provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect,
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this First Amendment to be effective as
of August 2, 20 16.
