FORT]JE PROVISION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
This first amendment ("First Amendment") to the agreement to provide public safety
carriera system administration services dated August 27, 20,15,
, (the "Agreernent"), by arid between
the C,ity of Redlands, a municipal corporation ("City"), and Leverage Information Systems
("Consultant"), is made and entered into this ,IM day of August, 201.6.
RECITALS
WHI-REAS, it is the desire of City and Consultant to amend their existing Agreement,
specifically Section 4.1 entitled "Performance of Services," to extend the termination date of the
agreement from August 26, 201.6 to August 26, 2017 for tile continued performance of Services;
NOW, THEREFORE, City arid Consultant agree as f'ollows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Paragraph 4.1 of the Agreement, entitled "Performance of Services" is
hereby amended to include as follows:
4,1 This Agreement shall commence upon the effective date of this agreement and shall
terminate on August 26, 2017.
Section 2. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by the First
Amendment, and in effect.
