OAKTREE PLAZA, A GENERAL PARTNERSHIP
hereby irrevocably dedicates to the CITY OF REDLANDS in perpetuity for public road
purposes, including public utility and public service uses, the real property in the
City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows:
Being a portion of Lot 12 of Block 1 of Redlands Town Plat as recorded. in Book 5
of Maps, Page 10 in the office of the County Recorder, County of San Bernardino,
State of California, described. as follows:
Beginning at the intersection with the centerline of State Street and. the center-
line of North. Fureka Street; thence S 0' 001 48" West along last said centerline,
172.00 feet; thence S 89' 591 1711 West, 40.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning;
thence N 00 001 48" East, 113.99 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave
Southwesterly and having a radius of 18.00 feet; thence Northerly and Westerly
along said curve through a central angle oF- 90' 01' 31.11 an arc distance of 28.28
feet to its intersection with the Southerly right-of-way line of State Street as
