Southeast 1/4 of Section 1.3, 'Township 1 South, Range 3 West, San Bernardino Meridian,
described as :follows
Comnenc:ing at the Southeast corner of said. Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of said
Section; thence North 11.1.8 feet to a point 1208.2 feet South of the Northeast corner
of said Northeast 1./4 of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section; thence North 64° 35' 45''
West 597.5 feet, more or less, to a point 945.34 feet South of the North luxe of said
Northeast 1/4 and 551.48 feet West of the last line of said Northeast 1/4; thence West
parallel to and 945.34 feet South of the 'North line of said Northeast 1/4, 459.52 feet
to a point 1011. .feet West of the East line of said Northeast 1/4; thence North 365.34
feet; more or less, to the Southeast corner of Parcel No. 2, Parcel Map No. 1:1.24;
