one-quarter of said Section; thence Northerly along the Easterly line of said
Northwest one-quarter of the Southeast one-quarter of said Section, 650 feet; thence
Westerly 239.85 feet to a point 6SO feet Northerly of the South line of the Northwest
one-quarter of the Southeast one-quarter of said Section; thence Southerly parallel.
