FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, :receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
do— hereby grant to City of Redlands., a municipal corporation duly organized in
accordance with the laws of the State of California, 'the real property in the County
of San Bernardino,, State of Calilornia, described as follows-

The easement being the South 10 feet of that portion of the Northwest
one-quarter of the Southeast one-quarter of Section 13, Township I
South, Range 3 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the City of Redlands,
County of San Bernardi-no, State of California, according to the official
plat thereof, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the South line of said Northwest one-quarter of
Southeast one-quarter which is 988.20 feet Westerly from the Southeast
corner thereof; thence Northerly 1320.45 feet to a point on the Northerly
line of said Northwest one-quarter of the Southeast one-quarter which is
988.20 feet Westerly from the Northeast corner thereof; thence Easterly
S08.50 feet along said Northerly line; thence Southerly 1320.72 feet to
a point on the South line of said Northwest one-quarter of the Southeast
one-quarter which is 508.50 feet Easterly from the point of beginning;
thence Westerly 508.50 feet along said South line to the point of beginning.
Except therefrom the North 350 feet.
Also excepting therefrom that portion of said property conveyed to the City
of Redlands by document recorded April. 24, 1979 in Book 9671, Page 1983 of
