A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TI-]E CITY OF REDLANDS
ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS PURSUANT TCS TITLE 10 OF THE
REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE
WFIEREAS, pursuant to studies made under the authority of Title 10 of the Redlands
Municipal Code, and the presentation of information contained in such studies, the City Council
of the City of Redlands has detcrnained that certain traffic regulations are necessary to protect the
public health, safety and welfare and should be established pursuant to Title 10 of the: Redlands
Municipal Code-,
NOW, TI-IEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF REDLANDS as follows:
Section 1. Pursuant to Section 10.40.090 of the Redlands Municipal Code, this City
Council hereby establishes the following no parking zone:
1. 50 feet of no parking zone south and 39 feet of no parking zone north of the
driveway at 100 Tennessee Street, along the east side of Tennessee Street.,
Section 3. This City further determines that approval of this Resolution is exempt ftoni
review under California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA") pursuant to CEQA Guidelines
section 15061(b)(')) which provides that CEQA applies only to projects which have the potential
for causing a significant effect on the environment. This City Council finds with certainty that
there is no possibility the approval of this Resolution may have a significant effect on the
environment.
