This first amendment("First Amendment")to the agreement for the provision of landfill
gas monitoring, support and reporting services dated October 15, 2013 (the "Agreement"), by
and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation ("City") and GC Environmental Inc.
("Consultant") is made and entered into this 6th day of September, 2016.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of City and Consultant to amend their existing Agreement,
specifically to amend the name and contact information of the Consultant in the Agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Consultant agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Consultant The Agreement is hereby amended to identify the Consultant's name and
shall read as follows:
"This agreement for the provision of landfill gas monitoring, support, and reporting services
("Agreement") is made and entered in this 6fh day of September, 2016 ("Effective Date"), by and
between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation ("City") and ES Engineering Services,
LLC. ("Consultant").
Section 5.3 The Agreement is hereby amended to identify the Consultant's contact
information and shall read as follows:
"All notices shall be given in writing by personal delivery or by mail. Notices sent by mail
should be addressed as follows:
City Consultant
Chris Boatman, Director Ryan Brokamp, Vice President, Operations
Quality of Life Department ES Engineering Services, LLC
City of Redlands 1036 W. Taft Avenue
35 Cajon Street, Suite 222 Orange, CA 92865
P.O Box 3005 (mailing)

When so addressed, such notices shall be deemed given upon deposit in the United States Mail.
Changes may be made in the names and addresses of the person to whom notices and payments
are to be given by giving the notice pursuant to this section 5.3."
