That portion of Lot 6, Block R, 2nd Preliminary Map of
Redlands , as recorded in Book 5 of maps, Page 5, records of
San Bernardino County, California, more particularly described
as follows: A strip of land 10 feet wide and parallel with
the southwesterly line of the McKinley Heights Tract as re-
corded in Book 28 of maps, Page 40, records of said county.
