This first amendment (this "First Amendment"') to the rental agreement dated July 2l,
2015 (the "Agreement") by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation
("Landlord"), and Redlands Pride AAU Football (...Fenarit"), is made and entered into this 6"' day
of day September, 2016.
WHEREAS, it is the desire of Landlord and Tenant to amend their existing,Agreement for the
use of the North Fields A & and the South Field located at Texonia Park, Landlord and '"Fenant
hereby agree to amend the Agreement as follows:
AGREEMENT
Article 3 ofthe Agreement, entitled "Rent," is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Rent"
Redlands Pride AAU Football shall pay to the City rent ("Rent") or perform field
maintenance services in lieu of the payment of Rent for the use of the North and South Fields
each year during this Agreement in the amount of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000). The City
shall have the sole determination of the maintenance activities value. The Rent or copies of
receipts and other documents evidencing the maintenance services shall be payable annually on
or before September 6" of each year and shall be submitted at the office of City at I I I W.
Lugonia Avenue, Redlands, California.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the parties have executed this First Amendment,to be effective as of
September 6, 20M
