This first amendment ("First Amendment") to the agreement the provision of services
associated with mailing and presort services dated July 19,2016(the"Agreement")by and between
the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation ("City"), and Inland Presort and Mailing Services
("Contractor") is made and entered into this 4t" day of October, 2016. City and Contractor are
hereafter,together, referred to as the "Parties."
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of Contractor and City to amend Section 4.1 of their existing
Agreement to adjust Contractor's compensation by Two Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($2,600);
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, City and
Contractor agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Paragraph 4.1 of the Agreement is hereby amended to increase the
Contractor's compensation by Two Thousand Six Hundred Dollars($2,600)to a total of Ninety One
Thousand One Hundred Dollars ($91,100), and to read as follows:
"4.1 The total compensation for Contractor's performance of the Services shall not
exceed the amount of ninety-one thousand one hundred dollars ($ 91,100.00) for fiscal
year 2016-17. City shall pay Contractor on a time and materials basis up to the not to
exceed amount, in accordance with"Exhibit C" entitled"Price List" and U.S.P.S. rates
based upon the current rates shown in"Exhibit D," entitled"Current USPS Rates." It is
anticipated that a postal rate decrease will occur during fiscal year 2016-17. Both
Exhibits "C" and"D" are attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference."
Section 2. All other provisions of this Agreement shall remain unchanged by the First
Amendment, and in effect.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the Parties have executed this First Amendment to be effective as
of October 4, 2016.
