A RESOLU'riON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDIA`SDS
PROVIDING FOR AUTHORIZED SIGNERS ON ALL ACCOUNTS, HELD
WITH UNION BANK, N.A.
WHEREAS, Union Bank, N.A. is the authorized depository of City hinds: and
V�7HEREAS, Union Bank, N.A. requires a resolution by the City Council of the City of
Redlands authorizing designated account signers; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
REDLANDS AS FOLLOWS:
Section-]. The following City Officers and staff shall be the authorized signers on all City
accounts, warrants, checks or orders with Union Bank, N.A.:
Robert Dawes, City Treasurer
Danielle Garcia, Management Services/Fiance Director
Farrah Jermer, Assistant Finance Director
Karin A. trance, Revenue Manager
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 4th day of October, 2016.
