RE Termination of Demand Response Sales and Services Agreement
Dear City of Redlands
On January 1, 2013 EnerNOC, Inc ("EnerNOC") and City of Redlands ("Customer") entered
into a Demand Response Sales and Services Agreement (the "Agreement") for the management
of Customer's participation in a demand response program A copy of the Agreement is attached
hereto for reference purposes
Effective as of November 1, 2016, EnerNOC and Customer mutually agree to terminate the
Agreement so that Customer and EnerNOC may enter into a new agreement for demand
