This second amendment ("Second Amendment") to the agreement for the provision of
providing Temporary Staffing Services dated October 1, 2014 (the "Agreement"), by and
between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation ("City") and Labor Ready.
("Consultant") is made and entered into this 6th day of December, 2016.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of City and Consultant to amend their existing Agreement,
specifically to amend the name and contact information of the Consultant in the Agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Consultant agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Consultant The Agreement is hereby amended to identify the Consultant's name and shall
read as follows:
"This agreement for the provision of providing Temporary Staffing Services ("Agreement") is
made and entered in this 6th day of December, 2016 ("Effective Date"), by and between the
City of Redlands, a municipal corporation ("City") and PeopleReady, Inc. ("Consultant").
Section 5.3 The Agreement is hereby amended to identify the Consultant's contact
information and shall read as follows:
"All notices shall be given in writing by personal delivery or by mail. Notices sent by mail
should be addressed as follows:

When so addressed, such notices shall be deemed given upon deposit in the United States
Mail. Changes may be made in the names and addresses of the person to whom notices and
payments are to be given by giving the notice pursuant to this section 5.3."
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this First Amendment, to be effective as of
December 6, 2016.
