Redlands Association of Mid -Management Employees (RAMME)
On April 21, 2015, the City Council approved a Memorandum of Understanding between the City of
Redlands ("the City") and the Redlands Association of Mid -Management Employees ("RAMME"), effective
July 1, 2015 — June 30, 2017. Approval of the Memorandum of Understanding continued the provision
which allowed RAMME members to participate in the qualified 401(a) program. The Union will continue
participation in the deferred compensation program offered by Nationwide Retirement Solutions.
This side letter agreement between the City of Redlands ("the City") and the Redlands Association of Mid -
Management Employees ("RAMME") is hereby entered into agreement on this 6th day of December,
2016. The parties agree to amend as follows:
Article 8: Deferred Compensation
• Upon retirement from the City Unit Members shall deposit the cash value of vacation leave,
floating holidays and eligible sick leave into a 401A deferred compensation account in the
maximum amount allowable by the IRS.
All available funds shall be deposited on a pre-tax basis. The Association agreed that the program will
apply to all members of the Unit.
