For a valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby
grant to the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation duly organized in accordance
with the laws of the State of California, the real property in the County of San
Bernardino, State of California, described as follows:
An easement for roadway purposes over and across a portion of Lot 3, Block 78,
RANCHO SAN BERNARDINO, in the County of San Bernardino, State of California,
as per plat recorded in Book 7 of Maps, page 2, Records of said County, said
easement being 20 feet in width, lying 10 feet on each side of the following
described centerline:
BEGINNING at the Northeasterly terminus of the centerline of Valencia Drive,
as shown on Tract No. 2825, CRAFTON HILLS TRACT, as per plat recorded in
Book 39 of Nlaps, page 17, records of said County; thence North 74° 57' East,
133.09 feet; thence South 54° 50' 35" East, 45.19 feet; thence South 17° 08'
15" East, 101.42 feet; thence South 29° 23' 30T1 East, 172.24 feet; thence
South 50° 511 45" East, 53.53 feet; thence North 79° 48' 45" East, 34.86 feet;
thence North 25° 26' 30" East, 33.44 feet to its terminus at a point which
lies North 48° 36' West, 354.53 feet from a point which lies North 67° 58'
West, 269 feet from the most Southerly corner of that certain parcel of land
conveyed to David Fletcher, by deed recorded August 1, 1950, in Book 2615,
page 106, Official Records.
