For a valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby
grant to the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation duly organized in accordance
with the laws of the State of California, the real property in the County of San
Bernardino, State of California, described as follows:
A 15 foot easement for pipeline purposes and right-of-way including the
construction, maintenance, repair and use of a pipeline and ingress and
egress. Said easement lies adjacent to and Southwesterly to the follow-
ing described line:
Commencing 970,74 feet West of the Northwest corner of Lot 2, Rancho.San
Bernardino as described in Neap Book 7, page 2, Records of San Bernardino
County; thence North 202 feet to a point being the Southeast corner of
land conveyed to Edwin Ross by deed recorded December 4, 1913 in Book 539,
page 209 of Deeds, Records of said County, said point also being the True
Point of Beginning,. Thence North. 67° 58' West 269,0 feet; thence North
480 361 West 364.0' to the Northwest corner of land conveyed to Rocco Con-
struction, Incorporated by deed recorded April 13, 1978 in Book 9410, page 5
of Deeds, Records of said County..
