For a valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby
grant to the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation duly organized in,'accordance
with the laws of the State of California, the real property in the County of San
Bernardino, State of California, described as follows:
An easement 10 feet wide for pipeline and right-of-way purposes, including
the construction, maintenance, repair and use of a pipeline, and ingress
and egress over the following described real property in the County of San
Bernardino, State of California, its"'centerline described as follows:

Commencing 970.74 feet West of the Northeast corner of Lot 2, Rancho San
Bernardino as described in."Map.",Book 7, page 2, Records of San Bernardino
County; thence North`202 'feet to a point being the Southeast corner of
land conveyed to Edwin Ross by deed recorded December 4, 1913 in Book 539,
page 209 of Deeds, Records of said County; thence North 67° 58' West,
269.0 feet; thence North 48° 361 West, 329.5 feet, said point being the
Southwesterly corner of said lot; thence North 480 361 West, 17.25 feet to
the point of true beginning; thence North 8° 321 56" West, 47.1 feet to a
point on tangent, said point being a tangent curve concave Westerly, having
a radius of 120.0 feet; thence Northerly along said curve 40.5 feet through
a central angle of 19° 181 56", thence tangent to said curve North 10° 46'
East, 109.6 feet more or less to a point intersecting a Cityof Rec ands
wat r line.
