EXHIBIT A
AN EASEMENT for ingress and egress, construction, installa-
tion, maintenance, modification, replacement and removal of
a well and all appurtenant associated equipment and facili-
ties over, under, upon, and across the following -described
property in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino,
State of California:
COMMENCING at the centerline intersection of Chelsea Avenue
and Terracina Boulevard as shown on Tract No. 7819 per map
recorded in Map Book 132, page 12, records of said County;
thence along the centerline of Terracina Boulevard South
320 06' 29" East 250.42 feet; thence at right angles to the
centerline of Terracina Boulevard North 570 53' 31" East
50.00 feet to the beginning of a nontangent curve concave
to the Northeast, whose radius is 950 feet and whose initial
tangent bears South 320 06' 29" East; thence Southeasterly
along said curve through a central angle of 0° 07' 07" 1.97
feet to the point of beginning; thence North 57° 53' 31"
East 26.56 feet; thence South 320 06' 29" East 31.00 feet;
thence North 570 53' 31" East 2.00 feet to the beginning of
a tangent curve concave to the Southwest and whose radius is
20.00 feet; thence Easterly and Southerly along said curve
through a central angle of 830 06' 29" 29.01 feet to the end
of said curve; thence South 390 00' 00" East 26.72 feet;
thence South 510 00' 00" West 48.35 feet to a point on a
curve concave to the Northeast whose radius is 950 feet, a
radial bearing through said point bears South 52° 53' 10"
West; thence Northwesterly along said curve through a

beginning.
The said described area within this easement shall be t
restricted to only turf landscaping or rock material, or ;
pavement, or combinations of said turf and materials. The
said area within this easement shall be free of any walls,
planters, trees, shrubs, flowers, fences or any structure
or plant that hinders the operation and maintenance of the
water facilities within the said area, excepting the slope
area may be planted using a ground cover.
