That portion of Terracing Boulevard previously vacated by the City
of Redlands and that portion of Block 19, as shown by the MAP OF
WEST REDLANDS, as per plat recorded in Book 9 of Maps, Page 22,
records of the County of San Bernardino, State of California,
described as follows:
COMMENCING at the centerline intersection of Terracina Boulevard
and Olive Avenue, as shown by said MAP OF WEST REDLANDS, said point
being a railroad spike as shown by Tract No. 9612, as per plat re-
corded in Book 134 of Maps, Pages 21 and 22, records of said County;
thence South 51° 56' 14" East 465.77 feet; thence leaving the center-
line of said Terracina Boulevard, North 56° 19' 48" East along the
centerline of the previously vacated Lime Avenue, as shown by said
MAP OF WEST REDLANDS, 42.12 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence North 51° 56' 14" West parallel with the centerline of
Terracina Boulevard, 413.15 feet to an intersection with the
Westerly prolongation of the Southerly right of way line of said
Olive Avenue; thence North 56° 17' 14' East along the Southerly
right of way line of said Olive Avenue, 172.38 feet; thence curving
to the left from an initial tangent that bears South 56° 17' 14"
West with a radius of 450.00 feet through a central angle of 18°
13' 36", an arc distance of 143.15 feet to a point of compound curve;
thence continuing in a curve to the left with a radius of 13.00 feet
through a central angle of 89° 59' 52", an arc distance of 20.42
feet; thence South 51° 56' 14" East parallel with the centerline
of said Terracina Boulevard and distant thereto 50.00 feet, said
50.00 feet being measured at right angles to said centerline of
Terracina Boulevard, 372.11 feet to an intersection on the center-
line of previously vacated Lime Avenue; thence South 56° 19' 48" X
West along said centerline, 10.53 feet to the point of beginning. (
