OF OFFER OF DEDICATION FOR STATE STREET
portion of Lot 29, Barton Ranch according to Ma.p Book 6, Page
19, in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of Gall --
fornix, described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the centerlines of State Street
and Center Street as shown on said map of Barton Ranch; thence North
0042'35" West along the centerline of said Center Street a distance
of 61.86 feet; thence leaving said centerline South 8903.7'25" West
a distance of 40.00 feet to a point in the Westerly line of said
Center Street and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence Southerly
along said Westerly line South 0042'35" East a distance of 20.54
feet to a point in the Northerly line of State Street, being also a.
point in a 1002.94 foot radius curve concave Southwesterly to which
a. radial line bears North 11025`43" East; thence Westerly along
