EXHIBIT "A"
That portion of Block 3 of SMITH'S SUBDIVISION NO. 3, as per plat
recorded in Book 12 of Maps, Page 33, in the office of the County
Recorder of San Bernardino County, State of California, described
as follows:
COMMENCING at the most Easterly corner of said Block 3, said point
being also the most Easterly corner of that certain parcel of land
conveyed to the City of Redlands by deed recorded May 13, 1963 in
Book 59081, Page 336, Official Records of said'County; thence South
49° 32' 15" West along the Southeasterly line of said Block 3, 10.59
feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; said point being also the most
Southerly point of the aforesaid parcel conveyed to the City of
Redlands by said deed recorded in Book 5908 Pap 336, Official
Records of said County; thence North 59° 41? 52, West 1.56.22 feet
along the Southwesterly line of the aforesaid parcel conveyed to
the City of Redlands; thence at right'angles South 30° 18' 08" West
20.00 feet; thence at right angles South 59° 41' 52" East 21.33 feet
to a tangent curve concave Southwesterly and having a radius of
35.00 feet; thence Southeasterly along said curve through a central
angle of 60° 22' 46", an arc distance of 36.88 feet to a point of
reverse curve, said reverse curve being concave Northeasterly and
having a radius of 52.00 feet; thence Southeasterly along said
curve through a central angle of 131° 08' 39", an are distance of
119.02 feet to a point on the Southeasterly line of said Block 3;
thence North 49° 32' 15" East along the Southeasterly line of said
Block 3, 30.86 feet to the point of beginning.
