That portion of Acacia Avenue previously vacated by the City of
Redlands and that portion of Lot 7, Block 19 of the MAP OF WEST
REDLANDS, as per plat recorded in Book 9 of Maps , Page 22, records
of San Bernardino County, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the centerline intersection of previously vacated
Acacia Avenue and the Southerly right of way line of Olive Avenue;
thence South 56° 17' 14" West along the Southerly right of way line
of said Olive Avenue, 53.00 feet; thence curving to the right
from an initial tangent that bears North 560 17 14" East with
a radius of 13.00 feet through a central angle of 89° 59' 22",
an are distance of 20.42 feet, thence South 33° 43' 24" East
parallel with the centerline of previously vacated Acacia Avenue
379 .82 feet to a point on the centerline of previously vacated
Lime Avenue; thence North 560 19' 48" East along the centerline
of said previously vacated Lime Avenue, 40.00 feet to the
intersection of said Lime Avenue and Acacia Avenue; thence North
33° 43' 24" West along the centerline of the previously vacated
Acacia Avenue, 392.85 feet to the point of beginning.
