That portion within Lot 12 of Tract No 2199 i,iestwood Subdivision
No 1 as recorded in Book 51 of IN-laps , Page 39 in the Office of the
County Recorder , County of San Bernardino , State of California ,
described as follows -
A right-of-way to construct , lay and maintain a storm ditch
or drain with outlets , upon , over and across the following
route , to wit .
Beginning at a point in center of Garden Street , ninety-
one and one tenth (91 1) feet northwesterly along centerline
of said street , From the North lino of the Southwest 1/4 of
Section 1 , Township 2 South , Range 3 West , thence on a course
South eighty-six degrees , twenty two minutes east , two hundred
and forty-two (242) feet to a point two hundred and twenty
seven and five tenths (227 5) feet Westerly from the Northeast
corner of the Iciest hall of Southwest 1/4 , Section 1 , Township
2 South , Range 3 West.
Said route representing the centerline only of such right-of-way
and the grantee is granted a right -of-way on either side thereof
of such width as may be necessary to construct and maintain such
ditch or drain of the size and capacity and with the number and
size of outlets as it may hereafter lay and construct under this
grant .
