DECLARATION OF DEDICATION
DON L. HIGDON and JEANIE C. HIGDON
hereby irrevocably dedicates to the CITY OF REDLANDS in perpetuity for public road
purposes, including public utility and public service uses, the real property in the
City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows.
That portion of Lots 24, 25 and 26 of the WALKER TRACT, as
per plat recorded in Book 14 of Maps , Page 26, records of
San Bernardino County, State of California , and that portion
of Park Avenue, as vacated by Resolution No . 315 , adopted
March 17 , 1915 described as follows.
BEGINNING at the intersection of the South right of way line
of Stuart Avenue and the West right of way line of Texas Street
as shown by said WALKER TRACT, said point bei_nF the Northeast
corner of said Lot 26 ; thence South 89° 41' 05 ' West along the
South right of way line of Stuart Avenue, said line being the
Northerly line of said Lots 24, 25 and 26 , 143. 83 feet to the
Northwest corner of said Lot 24; thence South 00° 56' 55" East
parallel with the centerline of said Texas Street , 2.00 feet;
thence North 89° 41' 05" East 126 97 feet to a tangent curve; !
thence curving to the right with a radius of 13.00 feet through
a central angle of 89° 22 ' 00" , an arc distance of 20. 28 feet
to a point which is 4. 00 feet West of and measured at right
angles to the aforesaid Westerly line of Texas Street; thence
South 000 56' 55" West parallel with the aforesaid Westerly
line of Texas Street, 95 . 65 feet to a point on a curve, said
curve being the Northerly right of way line of the Atcheson,
Topeka and Santa Fe Railway; thence curving t-o the left from an
initial tangent that bears South 85° 01' 18''East with a radius of
5 ,679. 65 feet through a central angle of 0° 02' 26" , an arc
distance of 4 02 feet to a point on the aforesaid West line of
said Texas Street; thence North 00° 56' 55" West along the West
line of the aforesaid Texas Street, 110. 87 feet to the point of
beginning.
