That portion of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
of the Northwest Quarter of Section 23; Township 1 South, Range
3 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the City of Redlands ,
t County of San Bernardino, State of California, according to Gov-
ernment Survey, described as follows -
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the property described in
Deed to Felipe Roque an•d Bicenta Roque, recorded June lb, 1954
in Book 3403 , Page 183 of Official Recoxds , thence Northerly
along the Easterly line of said Roque property a distance of 80.00
feet; thence Southwesterly to a point in the Southerly line of
said Roque property which is 10.00 feet Westerly from said South-
east corner, thence Easterly along said Southerly line a distance
