purposes, including public utility and public service uses, the real property in the
City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, state of California, described as follows
A portion of the Northeast one quarter of Block 12, Barton Ranch, per map recorded
in Book 6, page 19 of Maps, Records of San Bernardino County, more exactly described
as follows
Beginning at the intersection of the South line of Colton Avenue (82.50 feet wide) ,
also known as Redlands Boulevard, and the West line of Alabama Street (80.0.0 feet
wide) , thence Southerly along last said line 25.00 feet, thence Westerly at right
angles to last said line 5.00 feet, to the beginning of a curve, concave to the
Southwest and -having a radius' of 20 00 feet, theme Northwesterly along last said
