east, along the southerly line of said section a distance of 491.96 feet to the
southwest corner of the land described in the deed to William R. Rasmussen,
et ux. , recorded December 22, 1966 in Book 6747, page 80, official Records
of said County, said point being the true point of beginning. thence south
89° 38' 00" west along said southerly line, a distance of 68.95 feet; thence
north 0° 25' 42" west, parallel with the westerly line of said Rasmussen
Land, a distance of. 1322.75 feet to the northerly line of the south 1/2

SUBJECT Quitclaim Deeds to William R Rasmussen and Universal Contractors ,
Inc.
As a condition of final approval for Tract No 9538 , the
Planning Department required that Lot A of the tract be
deeded to the City of Redlands to provide for orderly
development of property within the area of the tract, the
intent being that this lot would be conveyed to the developer
of the adjacent property.
In conjunction with final approval of Tract No 9734 , the
Planning Department again required that a portion of the
tract be deeded to the City of Redlands for the same purpose .
The two remnant parcels are to be combined to form Tract
No 10032 , which has been are,
tentative approval by the
Planning Commission and the City Council
In attempting to close escrow on a sale of property from
Lewis Homes , Inc to William R Rasmussen, Safeco Title
