RICHARD A. LEWIS TO CITY OF REDLANDS
All that portion of the Southwest One-Quarter of Section 24,
Township I South, Range 3 West, San Bernardino Base & Meridian,
in the City of Redlands , County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as follows -
COMMENCING at the centerline intersections of Colton Avenue and
Aaron Drive as shown on the map of Tract No. 9538 recorded in
Book 133 of Maps, at Pages 88 and 89 , records of said County; thence
South 890 38 ' 00" West along the centerline of said Colton Avenue
61.05 feet the Southwest corner of said Tract No. 9538, said point
being the True Point of BEGINNING; thence from said True Point of
BEGINNING North 00 25 ' 42" West 1322.96 feet along the Westerly
boundary line of said Tract to the Northwest corner thereof; thence
South 890 27 ' 45" West 68.95 feet, thence South 0° 25 ' 42" East
parallel with the aforesaid tract boundary line 1322.75 feet to a
point of the centerline of said Colton Avenue, thence North 89° 38' 00"
East 68.95 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING,
