Hein FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant to City of Redlands., a. municipal corporation duly organized in accordance with the laws of the State of California, the real property in the County of San Bernardino., State of California, described as follows: An easement for pipeline and right-of-way purposes, including the constructions maintenance., repair and use of a pipeline, and ingress and egress over the following described real property in the County of San Bernardino, State of California., described as follows: A portion of Lot 3, Block 78, Rancho San Bernardino in the County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per plat recorded in Book 7 of Maps , page 2 of records of said County, more particularly described as follows . Commencing at a point on the West line of Orange Hills tract as per plat recorded in Book 19 of Maps , page 99, records of said County, 130 feet South of said Lot 3, said point being the mostsoutherly corner of the property conveyed by Charles Corey Brown, et al, to Henry B. Clarke and William T. Gibson, by deed recorded October 11, 1920 in Book 696 of Deeds, page 188, thence North 580 12 ' West 759 feet to the most Westerly corner of said Clarke and Gibson property and said point being the true P. O. B , thence N 600 14 ' 30" W 122. 60 feet, thence N 130 23 ' W 441.06 feet, thence N 740 57 ' E 140. 37 ' thence S 260 32 ' 54" E 350. 74 ' thence S 210 28130" W to the true P. O. B. said easement being a 10 foot wide strip of land parallel with and contiguous to the most Northerly property line which bears N 740 57 ' E, said easement being the Snuth IQ feet as measured at right angles to said line and extend- ing the full length of said property line, also a 10 foot wide easement being a 10 foot wide strip of land parallel with and contiguous to the most North- easterly property line of said property, said property line also being the most Northeasterly line of said 10 foot wide easement and said easement extending the full length of said Northeasterly property line which bears N 260 32 '54" W.
