hereby irrevocably dedicates to the CITY OF REDLANDS in perpetuity for public road Dacre
purposes, including public utility and public service uses, the real property in the
City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows
The Northerly 5. 00 feet of a portion of Lot 32 of Crafts Map of
Redlands Heights as recorded in Book 11 of Maps , page 16, in the
office of the County Recorder, County of San Bernardino, State
of California, said portion of lot being described as follows •
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said lot in the centerline
of Yucaipa Avenue now known as Crestview Road; thence west along
last said line to its intersection with a line parallel with and
156 feet (measured at right angles) West of the East line of said
lot, thence South along last said line to the South line of said
lot, thence Southerly along last said line to the Southeast corner
of said lot, thence North along said East line of said lot, 382.40
feet to the Point of Beginning.
Excepting therefrom the East 50 feet and the North 25 feet thereof .
