3196, as per plat recorded in Book 28 of Parcel Ma s

South 440 16 , 02" West to the Northeasterly .right-of-way line of San
Timoteo Road. Said Northeasterly right--of--way line being the Southwesterly

and parallel with the aforesaid Southeasterly line.
