purposes, including public utility and public service uses, the real property in the
City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows
The Southerly 5 feet of the Northerly 30 feet of the East 348
feet of Lot. 32 , Crafts Map of Redlands Heights , in the City
of Redlands , County of San Bernardino, State of California,
as per plat recorded in Book 11 of Maps , page 16, records of
said County.
Excepting therefrom the West 96 feet thereof
