This is to certify that the dedication and improvements conveyed
by the within instrument to the City of Redlands, County of San
Bernardino, State of California, are hereby accepted by order of
the City Council authorized August 3, 1976 , and the
offeree consents to the recordation thereof pursuant to provisions
of Chapter 12.7 of Division 7 of Title 1 of the Government Code
of the State of California.

THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 29thday of October 19 75_,
by and between Jordan A Bern ,
hereinafter called "Owner", they heirs, executors, administrators, agents or
assigns, and the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation of the State of
California, hereinafter called "City", its assigns and successors in interest.
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, Owner has title to and owns that real estate and real property
located in Redlands County of San Bernardino, State of California,
described as follows:
That portion of Lot 26 of Crescent Heights Tract No. 1982 as recorded
in Book 28 of Maps , Page 73 in the office of the County Recorder,
County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows
Beginning at the intersection of the Southwesterly Tine of said lot
with the Southeasterly line of said Tot; thence Northeasterly along
Last said Tine 5 . 00 feet, thence Northwesterly perpendicular to last
said Line 5 00 feet; thence Southwesterly perpendicular to last said
perpendicular line to its intersection with said Southwesterly line
of Lot 26; thence Southeasterly along last said line to the Point of
Beginning
AND WHEREAS, City desires to install and maintain street lights
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby agreed as follows.
The Owner does hereby grant, assign and set over to City an easement and right
to install and maintain street lights .
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said easement, right and right-of-way unto the
City, its successors or assigns for a period of indefinite duration.
