point of BEGINNING; thence Northeasterly at right angles to the
centerline of Center Street, 44 00 feet ; thence Southeasterly
parallel to the centerline of Center Street, 167 .00 feet to a line
that lies 113 feet Northwesterly of the Southerly line of said Lot 52;
thence Southwesterly at right angles to the centerline of Center
Street , 44 .00 feet; thence Northwesterly along the centerline of
Centex' Strect, 167 to the point of boginuaing.
