hereby irrevocably dedicates to the CITY OF REDLANDS in perpetuity for public road
purposes, including public utility and public service uses, the real property Ln the
City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows
That portion of Terracina Boulevard previously vacated by the City
of Redlands , described as follows -
COMMENCING at the centerline intersection of Terracina Boulevard and
Laurel Avenue as shown by the MAP OF WEST REDLANDS , as per plat
recorded in Book 9 of Maps , page 22, records of said County; thence
North 51° 55 ' 00" West along the centerline of Terracina Boulevard
100.63 feet; thence North 38° 09 ' 00" East 40.00 feet to a point
on the Northeasterly right-of-way line of said Terracina Boulevard
as it now exists, last said point being True Point of BEGINNING;
thence North 51° 55 ' 00" West along last said line, 100.00 feet,
thence North 380 17 ' East 10.00 feet; thence South 51° 55 ' 00" East
99 .98 feet; thence South 38° 09 ' 00" West 10.00 feet to the point
of beginning,
