GRANT OF EASEMENT
SAM PERRICONE, a married man, as his seperate property
FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
does hereby grant to City of Redlands, a municipal corporation duly organized is
accordance with the laws of the State of California, the real property in the County
of Sara Bernardino, State of California., described as follows:
An easement for pipeline and right-of way purposes., including the
construction., maintenance.. repair and use of a pipeline, and ingress
and egress over the follawzng described real property in the County
That portion of that parcel of land granted to Sam Perricone
by deed recorded July 14, 1976, in Book 8968, Page 1054,-of
Official Records , Records of the County of San Bernardino,
State of California described as follows :
Parcel 1
Being a strip of land 5. 00 feet in width the center line
described as follows . Beginning in the southeasterly line
of said parcel of land distant 512 . 00 feet from the center ]
line of Lakeside Avenue as measured along said southeasterly
line, thence at right angles to said southeasterly line
northwesterly a distance of 137. 00 feet to the northwesterly
terminus of sand Parcel 1, also being hereinafter referred
to as point A.
Parcel 2
Being a strap of land 10 00 feet in width the center line
described as follows * Beginning at said point A; thence
northeasterly parallel to said southeasterly line a distance
of 482. 00 feet to the northwesterly line of said Lakeside
Avenue, 60. 00 feet wide and the northeasterly terminus of
said Parcel 2.
