hereby irrevocably dedicates to the CITY OF REDLANDS in perpetuity for public road
purposes, including public utility and public service uses, the real property in the
City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows
That portion of Sub Lot 13 of Lot 10 of the MAP OF EAST REDLANDS
as per plat recorded in Book 7 of Maps, Page 47, records of San
Bernardino County, State of California, described as follows-
BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the centerline of Judson
Street, as shown by Tract No. 8059, as per plat recorded in Book
115 of Maps, Pages 65 and 66, records of said County, said centerline
being the Easterly boundary line of said Tract No. 8059 and the South-
westerly line of said Sub Lot 13, said Southwesterly line being also
the Northeasterly boundary of said Tract No 8059 ; thence North 60°
16' 32" West along the Southwesterly line of said, Sub Lot 13, 89. 99
feet (recorded by Tract No. 8059 as North 60° 16' 16" West 90.06
feet) to an angle point in the Southwesterly line of said Sub Lot
13; thence North 48° 51' 42" West 50 41 feet (recorded by said Tract ti^
8059 as North 48° 51' 33" West 50.32 feet) to a poa.nt on the center-
line of Palm Avenue, as shown by said Tract No. 8059 , thence North
56° 18' 31" East along the centerline of said Palm Avenue, 136. 73
feet (recorded as North 56° 18' 55" East 136. 73 feet by said Tract
8059) to the intersection with the Northerly prolongation of the
centerline of said Judson Street, as shown by said Tract in the
centerline of said Palm Avenue; thence continuing North 56° 18'
31" East along the centerline of said Palm Avenue, 52. 36 feet,
thence South 0° 52' 12" East parallel with the centerline of said
Northerly prolongation of Judson Street, 208.04 feet to a point on
the Southwesterly line of said Sub Lot 13; thence North 60 16' 32"
