FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which Is hereby acknowledged
City of Redlands, a Municipal Corporation
a-corporation organized under the laws of the State of California , does hereby
REMISE RELEASE AND QUITCLAIM to Ned R. Curtis and Anne L. Curtis
the real property in the City of Redlands County of San Bernardino
State of California, described as
That portion of Lot A of Tract No. 6640 as recorded in Book 84 of Maps,
pages 6 and 7 in the office of the County Recorder, County of San
Bernardino, State of California, described as follows
Beginning at the intersection of the North line of Lot 1, Block K of
Map of Addition No. 7 of the Second Preliminary Map of Redlands as
recorded in Book 5 of Maps, page 8 inlaid office, County and State
with the Southeasterly prolongation of the Northeasterly right-of--way
line of Banyan Drive (60 feet wide), thence Northwesterly along said
Southeasterly prolongation of the Northeasterly right-of-way line and
said Northeasterly right-of-way line to its intersection with a line
parallel with and 61 feet (measured at right angles) Northwesterly of
said North line of Lot 1, Block K, thence Northeasterly along last
said parallel line to its intersection with the Northeasterly line
of said Lot A, thence Southeasterly along last said line to its
intersection with said North line of Lot 1, Block K; thence South-
westerly along last said line to the Point of Beginning
