purposes, including public utility and public service uses, the real property in the
City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows
That portion of Lots 31 , 32 and 33 of Block B, as per plat of
Subdivision of Block 28 of Redlands , as per plat recorded in Book
4 of Maps , page 2 , records of San Bernardino County, described as
follows .
BEGINNING at the intersection of the North line of the alley shown
in said Block B and the Northwesterly line of Olive Avenue, as shown
by said map; thence South 89° 59' 10" West along the North line of
said alley, 44. 08 feet to the Southwest corner of the East 2 of said
Lot 31 of said Block B, thence North 0° 10' 00" West along the West
line of the East 2 of said Lot 31, 3. 50 feet; thence North 89° 59' 10"
East parallel with the North line of said alley, 49. 29 feet to an
intersection with the Northwesterly line of said Olive Avenue, thence
South 560 03 ' 1511 West along the Northwesterly line of said Olive -.-
Avenue, 6. 27 feet to the point of beginning.
