Those portions of the South 2 of the West 2 of the West 2
of the Northwest 4 of the Northwest 4 of Section 23,
Township 1 South, Range 3 West, San Bernardino Base and
Meridian, excepting the North 490 feet thereof, described
as follows -
The West 44 feet thereof, excepting therefrom the West 30
feet lying within Church Street, the South 32 feet thereof,
excepting therefrom the South 30 feet thereof, and that
portion lying within a line described as follows :
Beginning at the intersection of a line parallel with and
32 feet North of the South Line of said Northwest 4 of the
Northwest 4 of said Section 23, with a line parallel with
and 44 feet East of the West line of said Section 23 , ,
thence North along last said parallel Zine 13 feet, thence
Southerly and Easterly 20.42 feet along a tangent curve
concave to the Northeast and having a radius of 13 feet,
to a point of tangency with aforesaid line parallel with
and 32 feet North of the South line of said Northwest 4
of the Northwest 4 of said Section 23, thence West 13 feet
to the point of beginning.
That &M-conveyance is made-in conformity with Order Authorizing Dedication
of Real Property, dated February 7, 1975, made in the Estate of LUPE C. CARDOZA
sometimes known as LUPE SEPULVEDA, Superior Court, San Bernardino County, Case
No. 42376, certified copy of which is being recd ed concurre yerewith.
