point bears North 86' 52 ' 37" East; thence Easterly along said curve
through a central angle of 2° 55 ' 23" an arc distance of 100.04 feet to
a point of tangency of said curve, said point being on the Easterly line
of Lot 24, 3 feet distant Southerly measured along the East line of said
lot, from the Northeast corner of said Lot 24, thence continuing Easterly
along a line parallel to and 3 feet Southerly of the North line of Lots
25 and 26 to the East line of said Lot 26; thence Northerly along the
