For a valuable consideration , receipt of which is hereby acknowledged ,
REDLANDS GOLF AND TENNIS ASSOCIATION, a corporation organized and
existing under the laws of the State of California, with its principal
place of business at 1948 Garden Street, Redlands , California, does
hereby Grant to City of Redlands , a municipal corporation duly organized
in accordance with the laws of the State of California, the real property
in the County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as :
The permanent easement and right-of-way at any time, or from
time to time, to construct, maintain, operate, replace, remove
and renew storm drain pipes and appurtenant structures , in,
upon, over and across said easement or any part thereof, and
ingress and egress over the following described real property
in the County of San Bernardino, State of California, described
as follows : ,
That portion of Section 1, T. 2 S , R. 3 W. , San Bernardino
Base and Meridian according to Government Survey, in the
City of Redlands , County of San Bernardino , State of California,
described as follows .
