Merritt hereinafter called "Owner", their heirs, executors, administrators, agents or assigns, and the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation of the State of California, hereinafter called "City",,,Yts assigns and successors in interest WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, Owner has title to and owns that real estate and real property located in City of Redlands County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows An easement to be granted to the 'City of Redlands for bridle path purposes only over that portion of Lot 1 of the MAP OF SUNSET HEIGHTS, in the City of Redlands, County of San. Bernardino, State of California, as per plat recorded in Book 15 of Maps, Pages 51 and 52, records of said County, said easement being 20 feet an width and lying Southwesterly of the following described line- Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of Lot 1 of Tract No. 4942, as per plat .recorded an Book 62 of Maps, Pages 98 and 99, records of said County; thence South 420 08 ' 30" East to an intersection with the Northwesterly right of way line of Sunset Drive; said 20 feet being measured parallel with and at right angles to the afore- said line AND WHEREAS, City desires an easement for bridle path purposes. NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby agreed as follows the Owner does hereby rant, asst n and set over to City an easement and right o maintain and co:xAruct braSle trail.
