THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 3rd day of December 19-75 ,
by and between Donald E. Snvder and Eleanor J Snyder ,
hereinafter called "Owner", their heirs, executors, administrators, agents or
assigns, and the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation of the State of
California, hereinafter called "City", its assigns and successors in interest,
WITNESSETH
WIJEREAS, Owner has title to and owns that real estate and real property
located in Redlands County of San Bernardino, State of California,
described as follows:
That portion of Lot 75 of Crescent Heights Tract No 1982 as
recorded in Book 28 of Maps , Page 73 in the office of the
County Recorder, County of San Bernardino, State of California,
described as follows
Beginning at the intersection of the Northwesterly line of said
lot with the Northeasterly line of said lot, thence Southeasterly
along last said line 5. 00 feet, thence Southwesterly perpendicular
to last said line 5. 00 feet, thence Northwesterly perpendicular to
last said perpendicular line to its intersection with said North-
westerly Line of said Lot 75 ; thence Northeasterly along last said
line to the Point of Beginning
AND WHEREAS, City desires to install and maintain street lights .
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby agreed as follows
The Owner does hereby grant, assign and set over to City an easement and right
to install and maintain street lights
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said easement, right and right-of-way unto the
City, its successors or assigns for a period of indefinite duration.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands and seals
this 3rd day of, DecemhP� 19 75.
