DECLARATION OF DEDICATION
Home Savings & Loan Association
hereby irrevocably dedicates to the CITY OF REDLANDS in perpetuity for public road
purposes, including public utility and public service uses, the real property in the
City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows
Those portions of Lots 1 and 35, Block D, LINK ADDITION, in the
City of Redlands , County of San Bernardino, as per plat recorded
in Book 4 of Maps , Page 13, records of said County, described as
follows .
BEGINNING at the centerline intersection of Redlands Boulevard and
Orange Street as shown on Record of Survey recorded in Book 29 of
Records of .Survey, at Page 61, records of said County, thence North

thence South and East along said curve through a central angle of
