6 and 7 of Smith's Subdivision No 4, in the City of Redlands,
as per plat recorded in Book 15 of 11aps, Pages 87 and 88, records
of said County, together with the northerly 1/2 of Shepherd Street,
lying southerly and adjacent to the property herein described, as
vacated by resolution of the City of Redlands, a certified copy
of which was recorded December 8, 1969 in Book 7349, Page 537,
