FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which 1s hereby acknowledged

a corporation organized under the laws of the State of California , does hereby
REMISE, RELEASE AND QUITCLAIM to John Hammer and Mel.dred T Hammer
the real property in the City of Redlands County of San Bernardino
State of California, described as
That portion of Lot A of Tract No 6640 as recorded in Book 84 of Maps,
Pages 6 and 7 in the office of the County Recorder, County of San
Bernardino, State of California, described as follows
Beginning at the intersection of the Northeasterly right-of-way line
of Banyan Drive (60 feet wade) with the Southeasterly line of Lot 29
of said Tract No 6640, thence Nortrt.easterly along last said line,
15 59 feet to its intersection with the Northeasterly lane of said
Lot A; thence Southeasterly along last said line 60 80 feet, more or
less, to a point which is 61 feet (measured at right angles) from
the Southeasterly lane of Lot 8 in Block "K" of Map of Addition No. 7
of the Second Preliminary Map of Redlands as recorded in Book 5 of
Maps, Page 8 in said office, County and State, thence Southwesterly
parallel with and 61 feet (measured at right angles) from said South-
easterly lane of Lot 8 to its intersection with said Northeasterly
right-of-way line of Banyan Drive, thence Northwesterly along last
said line to the Point of Beginning.
