That portion of Toyon Avenue as shown on Tract No 1934, Golden West Addition, as recorded in Book 28 of Maps, Page 3, in the office of the County Recorder, County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows- Beginning at the intersection of the Northeasterly right-of-way lane of Ash Street (50 feet wide) with the Northwesterly right-of-way line of Toyon Avenue (30 feet wide) , thence Northeasterly along said Northwesterly right-of-way line of Toyon Avenue to its intersection with the North- easterly line of Lot 11 of said 'Tract No 1934, thence Southeasterly along the Southeasterly prolongation of said Northeasterly line of Lot 11 to the Southeasterly right-of-way line of Toyon Avenue, thence Southwesterly along j the Southeasterly right-of-way line of Toyon Avenue to its intersection with the Southeasterly prolongation of said Northeasterly right-of-way line of Ash Street, thence Northwesterly along said Southeasterly prolongation of the Northeasterly right-of-way line of Ash Street to the Point of Beginning.
