That portion of Toyon Avenue as shown on Tract No 1985, Abbot Subdivision,
as recorded in Book 28 of Maps, Page 66, in the office of the County Recorder,
County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows
Beginning at the intersection of the Southwesterly right-of-way line of Bond
Street (60 feet wide) with the Northwesterly right-of-way lane of Toyon
Avenue (30 feet wade) , thence Southeasterly along the Southeasterly prolon-
gation of said Southwesterly right-of-way lane of Bond Street to its
intersection with the Southeasterly right-of-way line of said Toyon Avenue,
thence Southwesterly along said Southeasterly right-of-way line of Toyon
Avenue to its intersection with the Southeasterly prolongation of the
Southwesterly lane of Lot 1 of said Tract No 1985; thence Northwesterly
along last said Southeasterly prolongation to the Northwesterly right-of-
way line of Toyon Avenue; thence Northeasterly along last said right-of-way
lane to the Point of Beginning
Excepting therefrom the permanent easement and right at any time, or
from time to time, to construct, maintain, operate, replace, remove and
renew sanitary sewers and storm drains and appurtenant structures, in,
upon, over and across any street or part thereof and pursuant to any
existing franchises or renewals thereof, or otherwise, to construct, main-
tain, operate, replace, remove, renew and enlarge lines of pipe, conduits,
cables, wires, poles and other convenient structures, equipment and fixtures
for the operation of gas pipelines, telegraphic and telephone lines, railroad
lanes, and for the distribution or transportation of electric energy, petro-
leum, and its products, ammonia, water and incidental purposes, including
access and right to keep property free from inflammable materials, and weed
growth, and to otherwise protect the same from all hazards in, upon and over
said property
